VPN client supplied when one buys a Nortel VPN Connectivity switch. My VPN client was provided by my IT department for use with an RSA SecurID token card. This VPN client was previously known as Contivity VPN client and is now evidently known as just "VPN client". My version is V04_65.18 from Oct 11 2002. All other browsers (including IE10) worked over the Cisco VPN 5.x client just fine - except for IE11. No internet connectivity at all for IE11 while logged in. Unfortunately, I need to log into a company that still uses MS SharePoint 2007 - and admin/build sites in it. Mar 25, 2013 · I am trying to VPN onto a Nortel Contivity VPN concentrator from my MAC with no success. I have tried all the built in VPN configs, nothing. Shimo gets close but fails on authentication. I think I need a way for the VPN client to be configured to 'respond to software token only' as I am also using RSA SoftToken for user authentication. The Nortel client can be setup to support split tunnels (which is what you need). As it stands, this function is turned off (and with good reason) by your administrator. You should ask the person who administors your Contivity hardware to set up or allow split tunnelling in your profile. But The reason for not having this allowed is simple.
