Jetpack 5510L - I have connected three different devices to a company-issued Jetpack 5510L. All connect to the Jetpack, the Jetpack shows connected devices - but no internet access. Remove all but 1 computer from the Internet Connection and run the Network Setup Wizard and tell this computer that it connects through a Residential Gateway or Other computer to the Internet. Aug 24, 2017 · Connected to WiFI but No Internet in Windows 10. If you are connected to the WiFi network and your internet is working on other devices, but not on your Windows 10 PC. This is probably a misconfigured IP issue or an adapter problem which can be fixed.
